Greg Thompson

Greg Thompson is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Secondary Marketing Solutions (SMS), a risk management company that specializes in managing credit, interest rate and operational risk for banks, mortgage bankers, REIT, and credit unions. Mr. Thompson developed the risk management strategy that is currently employed by SMS to hedge risk over $1 billion of mortgages monthly for its clients.

Mr. Thompson has vast knowledge of the mortgage banking industry including secondary marketing, MBS/ABS securitization, pipeline risk management, credit risk management, underwriting, funding, loan purchase, quality control, custody, loan servicing operations, loan servicing sales, and GSE transfers of servicing and bank, finance and mortgage banking operation diligence.

Mr. Thompson has held various senior management positions over the past 27 years with MCT Trading, EZ Online Loans.com, Mission City Mortgage, Delta Pacific Bank, Fannie Mae and CIT Financial Services.

Mike Parthasarathy

Mike Parthasarathy currently serves as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at Lime Financial Group in Lake Oswego, Oregon. While with Lime, Mike has overseen growth in closed loan sales from $25 million to $120 million, per month.

When Mike began his mortgage career in 1998 at EquiFirst Mortgage Corporation, the company was funding $25 million per month in wholesale, non-prime lending. By analyzing and making changes in loan level execution and through the creation of a Pricing and Analytics Department, he developed a more sophisticated system of loan allocations. When he left the company, its wholesale, non-prime lending business had grown to $150 million, per month.

In 2001, Mike worked with the secondary marketing team at Decision One Mortgage. In 2002, Mike became Vice President of Secondary Marketing at Homeowners Loan Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia, where he created wholesale guidelines and pricing, allowing the company to begin bulking its product and build on its investor relationships.

Mike graduated Cum Laude from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Dan Streit

Dan Streit has over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, filling various national roles for prominent mortgage services organizations. Dan started Single Source Partners, Inc. in January of 2002 in order to provide one source for solutions, products and services for mortgage professionals. It was Dan's vision to provide the mortgage professional with an unbiased evaluation of mortgage solutions in order to allow lenders and brokers to concentrate on their core business.

Dan recognized the need for lenders to have the ability to order multiple mortgage services from one easy to use platform. As a result, from 1997 through 1999, Dan collaborated with a variety of vendors and service providers to create a multi-vendor real time platform that enabled the mortgage community to communicate with their service providers, creating significant advantages including cost, time and ease of use. In the venture, Dan was responsible for vendor negotiation, raising private capital investments, and business development.

Dan is responsible for corporate strategy, strategic alliances and the overall vision of Single Source Partners, Inc. Dan graduated from Fresno State in 1989 with a B.A. in Marketing.
